Focus and Mission
Crown Realty Advisors has a boutique investment arm dedicated to the acquisition, management and disposition of opportunistic and value add assets for above average returns. Typical investments include residential and commercial debt, and properties.
Primary ways to invest include:*
- Distressed funds: (NAMCO) allows individual investors the opportunity for diversification, income, and well managed portfolios. Funds target return of capital and high annualized returns (Minimum $500,000)
- Single Asset Investments or Pools: Capital pools designed to acquire single assets or pools within a specific class for maximum growth and IRR. Crown Advisors will act as a buyers mandate. (Minimum $3,000,000)
- Joint Ventures: Assist buyers in JV opportunities or DIP loans on attractive investment portfolios.
Experience and Execution
CRA investments span all property markets and classes, including value-add, opportunistic and all other real estate investment strategies. The firm’s investments range from small single asset interests, to large complex portfolios. Partners look to Crown Realty for fair value pricing, reliable execution, global investors and national reach. Crown will help identify, qualify, entitle, manage and sell assets primarily including: notes, debt, condos, office, multifamily, land/lots, hospitality, retail and residential.
